Scottish Faculty of Public Health conference 2016

The theme of the conference this year was ‘Strong voices, pragmatic public health’ and a number of GCPH staff members shared and discussed a variety of our recent research and project work – see below. 

We had two poster presentations at the conference:

  • Using lived experience of Gorbals residents to advise a neighbourhood approach aimed at reducing inequalities

  • Animating Assets: Appreciating the strengths and unlocking the potential of local communities as a means to improving health and wellbeing
