Effective Diffusion and Adoption of Health Working Practices
Funded by the Glasgow Centre for Population Health, this feasibility study had two main objectives:
- To establish the parameters of a potential healthy working practices demonstration and research project.
- To ensure that the right questions to be answered are at the heart of the research.
These objectives have been explored through a combination of reviewing relevant theory and practice in the fields of health working and health promotion more generally, whilst reflecting on the employer’s perspective through a small sample of case studies and focus groups.
